Discover the joy of a Lift eFoil with our tailored lessons, guiding you as you glide effortlessly over the water while wearing head protection (helmets) via an integrated bluetooth walkie-talkie system.

Learning to use eFoil has never been more fun! Our 90-minute lessons are designed to get you up and gliding in no time. Instructors will guide you through the basics, helping you build confidence and master the art of e-foiling. From balancing to maneuvering, we’ll have you soaring above the water with ease.

eFoil Lesson for One

Duration: 1.5 hours
Price: $350

Embark on the exhilarating experience of riding a hydrofoil with our tailored lesson for individuals. Whether you are a beginner or have never tried hydrofoiling before, our 90-minute session is designed to provide you with the necessary knowledge and skills to master the art of riding while prioritizing your safety.

During the lesson, you will be equipped with a bluetooth communication helmet, and our experienced instructors will ride alongside you, ensuring you feel supported throughout the session. By the end of the lesson, you will emerge as a confident eFoil rider, ready to take on new challenges.

Advanced riders have the option to bypass the dry land training and dive straight into the water, maximizing their time on the eFoil.”

eFoil Lesson for Two

Duration: 2.5 hours
Price: $485

This lesson is designed for two individuals to learn together. The session begins with a shared dry land training segment lasting approximately 15 / 20 minutes. Following this, each student will receive up to 1 hour of personalized water time with 1-on-1 instruction. Once basic skills are mastered, students can ride together simultaneously. Advanced riders have the option to skip the dry land training.

The lesson includes the use of 2 eFoils lifevest, walkie-talkie helmets, and wetsuits if needed. Total lesson time is up to 2.5 hours, providing an immersive and engaging experience for both participants.”

No prior experience is required! Our training sessions cater to participants of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced riders. Our instructors will provide personalized guidance to help you feel confident and comfortable on the water.
We recommend wearing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing that you don’t mind getting wet. Additionally, participants should wear sunscreen and bring sunglasses to protect against sun exposure.
Our eFoil training sessions typically last 90 minutes, giving you ample time to learn the basics and practice your skills on the water. Additional sessions can be booked for those looking to further refine their technique.
Yes, we offer eFoil rentals for experienced riders who have completed our training program and demonstrated proficiency in operating the equipment. Rentals are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
While people of all ages can enjoy Lift eFoiling, we advise children to do so in the company of an adult and under their supervision before trying it on their own.

Kristian's patience and gentle guidance were exceptional, especially with my son Holden and daughter Ella, who were new to eFoiling. Paul was a fantastic support, capturing our memorable moments with his camera and shouting encouraging words of support from the shore. Thanks to their expert instruction, by the end of our two-hour session, both Ella and Holden were confidently getting the board out of the water and navigating turns like pros! while allowing for freedom of movement. Our helmets have bluetooth 2-way communication capabilities between the instructor and rider to provide real-time instruction.

If inclement weather or unsafe water conditions are detected, sessions may be rescheduled to a later time or date.
